Relaxation and Meditation for Students & Teachers*

Description: learn relaxation and meditation techniques for inner peace. Simple and effective approaches to self-nurture which students and teachers can use on the fly throughout their day, as well as more traditional sit down meditation styles.

Learn techniques for being grounded and present, how to refresh your energy, and develop inner peace through practice at self acceptance and compassion.

Techniques include breathing exercises, visualisation, body awareness & relaxation, and both active and quietude meditation styles. Emphasis is on creating wellbeing outcomes for students and teachers which are attainable and conducive to the high demands of school and family life.
